The Catholic tradition at St Nicolas is best understood in relation to our style of worship but there is perhaps no clearer understanding of our Catholic heritage than in our devotion to Our Lady. There is a group which comes together throughout the year in devotion to Our Lady and is connected by association to Walsingham. They are, therefore, known as the Cell of Our Lady of Walsingham, headed by the Rector who is a Priest Associate of the Holy House. Together we offer Mass for the Holy House, share a fish and chip supper with fizz and deepen our faith through spiritual and theological learning. Always joyful, we welcome anyone who would like to explore more of the centrality of Our Lady in the faith of the Church.
